When a client submits their intake form with their limited company name, Nexus automatically queries the Companies House API and pulls their registered address, company number, incorporation date, SIC codes, directors list and company status — all pre-populated into their client record before you even open it.
Yes. The Team plan supports up to 5 advisers. As the principal, you get a master broker view — you can see all clients, deals, tasks and activity across your whole firm, or switch to view as any individual adviser. Each adviser only sees their own data.
Yes. Nexus is hosted on enterprise-grade infrastructure with row-level security — each firm's data is completely isolated from every other firm's. All data is stored in UK/EU data centres and encrypted at rest and in transit.
